(QTF® — THE PROBLEM)
Industrial automation engagements span sales, engineering, procurement, execution and service — with knowledge scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets and individual heads. Handoffs break, documentation lags, and after-sales history is impossible to recover without asking the person who was there.
TG3 Automation implemented a connected AI-powered operations layer covering the complete lifecycle of an industrial automation project — from customer enquiry and proposal preparation to engineering, procurement, execution, installation, service and maintenance.
From enquiry to proposal
The system converts incoming RFQs into structured summaries and proposal drafts, transforms sales discussions and technical inputs into engineering-ready briefs, organises BOMs and vendor quotations, and provides stage-wise visibility across design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, dispatch, installation and handover.
Documentation and service
The platform also supports automated technical documentation, structured service ticket and AMC management, predictive maintenance insights, and an internal AI knowledge base containing past projects, BOMs, manuals, service records, design decisions and engineering notes. Dependence on scattered files, repeated follow-ups and individual employee knowledge is reduced significantly.
What changed
- Repetitive proposal and documentation work reduced across the engineering desk.
- Sales-to-engineering handoffs improved — technical inputs now flow into engineering-ready briefs.
- Vendor coordination strengthened via structured BOM and quotation tracking.
- Project visibility increased across design → procurement → fabrication → dispatch → installation.
- Service history organised: every AMC contract, ticket, manual and past decision is queryable.
- Foundation established for long-term predictive maintenance offerings.
A more connected, trackable and scalable operating model — sales, engineering, procurement, project execution, documentation and after-sales service in one place.
(QTF® — CLIENT REVIEW)
The knowledge base alone changed how the engineering team works. We stopped asking the same person the same question three times a week.
