CHALLENGE
Scale partner onboarding without scaling manual coordination

(QTF® — THE PROBLEM)

DSA aggregators onboard thousands of partners across India — each with documents to collect, verifications to run, follow-ups to sustain and queries to answer. When coordination is manual, the drop-off rate is where the revenue leaks.

SYSTEM WALKTHROUGH

A unified AI-powered onboarding and operations platform was developed for multiple DSA aggregators and loan-distribution businesses managing large partner networks across India. Across approximately three to four similar implementations, the system digitises the complete journey from initial DSA registration and document submission to activation, communication, follow-ups and ongoing partner management.

The onboarding journey

The platform includes automated DSA KYC workflows, document and e-stamp paper uploads, structured verification stages, partner profiles, onboarding-status tracking, call records, automated follow-up sequences, WhatsApp query handling and AI receptionist workflows.

One operational CRM

All interactions are consolidated within a central operational CRM, allowing teams to view each DSA’s documents, communication history, pending requirements, call activity, follow-up status and activation progress in one place.

  • Documents and e-stamp uploads with structured verification stages.
  • Communication history across WhatsApp, voice and email.
  • Automated follow-up sequences and reminder cadences.
  • Priority routing for missing documents, incomplete applications and unresolved queries.
  • Management dashboards across branches, coordinators, banking partners and active DSA networks.

Automation surfaces where it counts

Routine queries and onboarding updates are handled automatically through WhatsApp or voice workflows, while missing documents, incomplete applications, unresolved queries and high-priority cases are routed to the appropriate team member. Automated reminders help prevent applicants dropping out because of delayed follow-ups or unclear documentation requirements.

A scalable operating structure through which larger partner volumes can be managed without increasing manual workload at the same rate.

(QTF® — CLIENT REVIEW)

We stopped losing partners to follow-up gaps. That single change moved the activation rate more than any campaign we ran.
